Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

What we're looking for:

We are seeking customer service oriented individual who would meet and greet our customers while learning to deliver comprehensive product information. Our dealership(s) are seeking individuals with creativity to provide "world class" customer oriented support. We will provide everything else; including the most professional product training that is available.

The right individual will be a self-starter and outgoing with a track record of success in delivering customer satisfaction while maintaining attention to detail. As a member of the BDC team you be contacting customers through multi-channel communications including phone, text, online chat, and email. Our extensive training program will provide the right candidates with in-depth knowledge to be a true resource for our customers and to grow professionally.

Automotive BDC Representative Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments with clients.
  • Making 75-100 outbound calls per day.
  • Responsible for answering calls-inbound/outbound calls.
  • Emailing/contacting customers with information.
  • Maintain and log information into systems.
  • Identify needs to customers.
  • Multi-tasking and helping departments as needed.
  • Achieving daily-weekly and monthly goals and objectives.
  • Initiating and Responding to customers with 40-60 emails per day.
  • Working in a computer based management tool.
  • Setting a volume of appointments daily.
  • Following up with customer vehicle inquiries efficiently to maximize opportunities.
  • Effective working as part of a team.

Automotive BDC Representative Requirements:
  • Pass a Background Check.
  • Must have a current valid Driver's License or State ID.
  • Computer proficient-Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent listener.
  • Outstanding/effective communicator.
  • Previous customer service/sales experience.

  • Minimum two years direct Customer service experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, information and script
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Must be reliable and be able to adhere to schedule
  • Successful telephone skills
  • Extensive computer skills
  • Professional appearance
